Luis Martinez grew up in Los Angeles around car shows, backyard parties, hip hop on every car radio, boxing gyms, sneaker drops and Sunday fútbol. That's a big part of why productions call him. When a script is set in East LA, at a car meet or in a neighborhood gym, he can tell you what would really be there and what would look off. He's also a retired firefighter, so he knows fire gear the way he knows cars, and he runs a safe set.

Fire Props & Set Safety
Luis is a retired firefighter. He sources real turnout gear, helmets, hoses and firehouse dressing, shows actors how to wear it and carry it, and handles flame props, extinguishers and exits the way a firefighter would. He works alongside your fire safety officer, as one more set of trained eyes.
